Where can I find the rental agreement?

The Agreement is included in every invoice mailed out at the time of reservation.


What types of rooms are available in the Ibis Venue Center (IVC)?

We offer four categories:

        Training/Presentation rooms

        Small Meeting or Break out rooms

        Board/Conference rooms

        Private Offices


Are rates per room or per person?

   The rates charged are per room and by hour. The longer the reservation time the less the cost per hour.


Does my room reservation require any guarantee?

The initial booking request will be confirmed by return email. To secure the reservation payment will be required.


How do I cancel my reservation without a charge?

Any cancellations made after a payment has been executed online will only receive a 90% refund of the amount paid or the option of a credit, which is valid for one year from cancellation date. Cancellations made between 48 hours and 24 hours before the actual booking date and time will only receive a 50% refund of the amount paid. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the actual booking date and time will not receive any refund.


Do you offer discounts for a recurring booking?

What equipment do I need to utilize the projector?

You will need a laptop with an HDMI port. Most converter plugs don’t seem to work so if your laptop does not have an HDMI port you may reserve a house laptop ahead of time. Also bring a USB key with the files you will need for your presentation. Make sure to request this in the box marked “notes” when you make a reservation request.



Do you have whiteboards?

Yes, let us know up front if you would like a whiteboard to use. We have large and small whiteboards available at no charge. Make sure to request this in the box marked “notes” when you make a reservation request.


What happens if my meeting runs overtime?

Any overtime over 10 minutes will be charged an extra hour unless another party is waiting for the room, in which case running over will not be an option.


What are the standard times of the IVC?

The standard check-in time is 08:00 hours and check-out is at 22:00 hours. However, the Center can be accessed at any time but you will need to make this request by phone.


Is there internet service available at the IVC?

Guests are able to use the free WiFi at the IVC.


Can I connect to the Internet from any of the rooms?

Yes, free WiFi is available in all rooms.


Are offices available for rent at the IVC?

Yes.


Is parking an additional cost?

Parking is free. However, you may only park in spots that are not marked with Suite number as they belong to other tenants. Parking in another suite’s marked space may result in your car being towed. Any towing costs will be at the expense of the violator.


Do you have special facilities and services available for the disabled guests?

The Ibis Venue Center is ADA compliant.


Can Ibis do custom  layouts for tables and chairs?

Yes, the client must let us know at least 48 hours prior to the event.


What does the price include?

All facilities listed in the room descriptions are included in the room price. To see the facilities, just click on the room name.


Can I make a reservation without a credit card?

Please call us to discuss payment options.


How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

Reservations made online will receive an email confirmation immediately after online payment is completed. All other reservations will also be confirmed by separate email. If you do not receive an email please call us.


Can I cancel or change my reservation through the website?

You will need to call us to change your reservations. Please read our terms and conditions.


Where can I find the contact information for the property?

Contact information is available on 'CONTACT INFO' tab on the Home Page


How can I see how much it will cost?

Once you've entered the dates of your stay, the rates will be clearly displayed along with the available room types.


I am entering my credit card details. When will I be charged?

You will be charged immediately in order to be able to make and keep the reservation.


Can I bring food or have my event catered?

Yes, you may cater your event yourself or use a third party caterer. However, you must inform us of your plans so that we are in the know. You must also make sure you or your caterer cleans up and removes all the garbage generated by your event from the premises. The garbage can be disposed of in the outdoor dumpsters in the rear of the property.


How far is the nearest public transport?

Bus Route #609 stops just outside Ibis Plaza on Quakerbridge Road .


Where is the nearest bank?

There is an ATM on the premises in the same office complex. Hamilton Horizons Bank in Suite 600.


Are there any shopping centers near the hotel? Where are they?

Yes. Ibis Plaza is located just a couple of miles up the road from Quakerbridge Mall, Mercer Mall, and Nassau Park, which provides a multitude of shopping choices.


Are you close to the theatres/entertainment venues?

Yes, Ibis Plaza is just 5 minutes from the AMC Hamilton 24, and 15 minutes from the renowned McCarter Theatre in Princeton.


What lodging is close by?

Do you have a pet policy?

We regret that pets are not allowed in the IVC except for service animals.
